• My order tracking says delivered, but it hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

  We want you to love your ritual. We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original, unopened packaging. Due to strict health and hygiene standards for beauty products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on items that have been opened, wet, or used.
• How do I start a refund request?

• Are these products safe for sensitive skin types?

• How often should I use the Turmeric Cleansing Pads?
