Free shipping on every order
All Bright Root orders ship free — no minimum.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within [X–Y] business days. Our products are fulfilled by trusted partner suppliers, so items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays and lost packages
Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed and can be affected by carriers, weather or peak seasons. If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, email us and we'll reship or refund your order in full.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
